A natural helper for digestive issues

Yarrow is especially valued for digestive health. It stimulates appetite, promotes gastric juice production, supports bile secretion, and improves digestion. It is used for low-acidity gastritis, ulcers, bloating, colitis with spasms, and gallbladder disorders.

Yarrow infusions and decoctions reduce inflammation, calm the stomach lining, and ease bloating and cramps. Its astringent and antiseptic qualities are useful in intestinal disorders and bleeding. It also supports the liver, kidneys, and bladder. Yarrow can be used on its own or as part of herbal blends for intestinal and stomach health. It improves secretions, supports digestion, and helps the digestive tract recover after illness or during seasonal flare-ups.
