Can I purchase products in bulk?

Where do OTC products originate?
Our items primarily originate in Eastern and Western Europe.
What should I do if the product I need is not available on the website or is out of stock?
For out-of-stock items, we offer a "Notify me when available" feature. Please use this option, and you will receive an email notification when the product is back in stock.
You can also use the "Preorder" option, which allows you to reserve the item with full payment. You will be notified as soon as the product is ready for shipping to you.
If the product you're looking for is not listed on the website, please contact us via chat, WhatsApp, or Viber.
Where do you deliver and ship?
Domestic: We offer FREE DELIVERY within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, and APO addresses) for orders over $59 .
International: We offer shipping to more than 40 countries. See shipping choices by carrier at a check-out. International orders do not include duties and taxes. Fees will be due upon receipt. Please note, the responsibility for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees associated with international orders rests solely with the customer.
Please note: when crossing borders, customs duties may apply to your purchase! Therefore, we encourage you to review the information regarding customs fees in your country when placing an order.

What is your return policy?
You have one (1) week or 7 days from the date of delivery to return the order.
The products can only be returned in the ORIGINAL UNOPENED packaging and with the documents that came with the parcel within 1 (one) week.

Please note: If you have mistakenly ordered the wrong item, we ask that you cover the cost of return shipping.

Which forms of payment do you take?
We take most major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay, when ordering from your iPhone, you can use Apple Pay etc.
We offer interest-free installments for orders over $35 with Shop Pay option. Details available at checkout or on the product page.
Why wasn't there a confirmation email sent to me?
Make sure your email address was typed correctly.
Your mailbox's Spam folder could occasionally receive emails from our website. Check your Spam folder if you can't find the notification in the main folder.
