Adults with acute diarrhea are initially recommended 2 pcs (4 mg) of Loperamide-Akrikhin, then 1 pc (2 mg) after each act of defecation in case of loose stools. The highest daily use is 8 pcs (16 mg).
In chronic diarrhea, adults are recommended 4 mg / day.
The maximum daily use is 16 mg.

In acute diarrhea, children over 6 years of age are recommended at an initial use of 2 mg, then 2 mg after
each act of defecation in the case of loose stools. The maximum daily use is 4 pcs (8 mg).
In chronic diarrhea, children over 6 years of age are recommended Loperamide-Akrikhin in a daily use of 2 mg.
The maximum daily use is 6 mg per 20 kg.

After normalization of the stool or in the absence of a stool for more than 12 hours, the product should be discontinued.
