Donormil (active ingredient — doxylamine) is a product used for the short-term treatment of insomnia. It has sedative and hypnotic effects, which help improve sleep quality. Donormil is often used to relieve symptoms associated with temporary insomnia caused by stress or changes in environment. It is recommended to take the product before bedtime, usually 30 minutes prior to planned rest.
