The pieces are swallowed whole with water. If desired, the piece can be broken in half, chewed or pre-crushed.

Unstable and stable angina: 1 piece of Cardiomagnyl containing ASA at a use of 75-150 mg, 1 time per day.

Support of recurrent myocardial infarction: 1 piece of Cardiomagnyl containing ASA at a use of 75-150 mg, 1 time per day.

Support of recurrent transient ischemic attack (TIA) and recurrent ischemic stroke in patients who have previously suffered a cerebrovascular accident: 1 piece of Cardiomagnyl containing ASA at a use of 75-150 mg, 1 time per day.

Support of thrombotic complications after operations and invasive interventions on blood vessels (such as aortocoronary bypass grafting, carotid endarterectomy, arteriovenous bypass grafting, angioplasty and stenting of the coronary arteries, angioplasty of the carotid arteries): 1 piece of Cardiomagnyl containing ASA at a use of 75-150 mg, 1 time per day.

Hypersensitivity to ASA, excipients of the product and other NSAIDs, cerebral hemorrhage; tendency to bleeding (vitamin K deficiency, thrombocytopenia, hemorrhagic diathesis); bronchial asthma induced by taking salicylates and NSAIDs; complete or incomplete combination of bronchial asthma, recurrent nasal polyposis and paranasal sinuses and intolerance to acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs, including COX-2 inhibitors (including history); erosive and ulcerative gastrointestinal tract (in the acute phase); gastrointestinal bleeding; severe liver dysfunction; severe renal failure (creatinine clearance less than 30 ml/min); chronic heart failure III-IV functional class according to the NYHA classification; pregnancy (first trimester, second trimester after 20 weeks and third trimester of pregnancy); breastfeeding period; glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency; concomitant use with methotrexate (more than 15 mg per week); children under 18 years of age.
