Apply topically to adults.

Surgery, traumatology, combustiology. With a wellness purpose Miramistin irrigate the surface of wounds and burns, loosely pack the wound and fistulous passages, fix gauze swabs moistened with a cleansing. Repeat the support procedure 2-3 times a day for 3-5 days. The method of active drainage of wounds and cavities with a daily consumption of about 1 liter of the product is effective.

Obstetrics and gynecology. In order to avoid postpartum irritation, apply in the form of vaginal irrigation before childbirth (5-7 days) and in the form of intravaginal tampons moistened with 50 ml of the product after childbirth with an exposure of 2 hours for 5 days. Support of irritation conditions of the female genital organs is carried out by intravaginal administration of tampons with the product for 2 weeks, support of the skin of the external genital organs, as well as electrophoresis of the product.

Otorhinolaryngology. In case of purulent sinusitis during puncture, rinse the maxillary sinus with 10 ml of the product. In the support of tonsillitis and laryngitis, carry out reusable gargling with Miramistin solution. In case of otitis, a swab moistened with the preparation should be inserted into the external auditory canal 4-6 times a day for 10-14 days.

Dentistry. In the support of periodontitis, Miramistin solution is injected into periodontal pockets on turundas, followed by applications on the gums for 15 minutes. In case of exacerbations, wash periodontal pockets with Miramistin using a syringe and inject turundas with the product into the abscess cavity. After vestibuloplasty and frenulectomy, the product is used in the form of trays on an outpatient basis. For the purpose of hygienic support of removable dentures, leave the latter overnight in a solution of Miramistin, thoroughly rinse the dentures with running water before use.
