For adults and children over 12 years old, the usual dosage is 1 tablet 3 times a day, 15 minutes before meals. The tablet should be held in the mouth until completely dissolved.

**Treatment course:**
- For dislocations and sprains: 2 weeks or longer.
- For inflammatory conditions: at least 3-4 weeks.

Use of the medication for more than 8 weeks should be done only after consulting a doctor.

Increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug. Known hypersensitivity to common yarrow, chamomile, marigold, perennial daisy, echinacea, montane arnica or other plants of the Asteraceae family.

Hypersensitivity to the emulsifying cetyl stearyl alcohol. Tuberculosis, leukemia, collagenosis, multiple sclerosis, acquired immune deficiency syndrome, human immunodeficiency virus and other autoimmune diseases.

Children under 3 years of age due to insufficient clinical data.
