Composition and Dosage Form
Active ingredients: 1 g of the mixture contains buckthorn bark (Frangulae cortex) – 300 mg, nettle leaves (Urticae folia) – 300 mg, peppermint leaves (Menthae piperitae folia) – 200 mg, valerian rhizomes with roots (Valerianae rhizomata cum radicibus) – 100 mg, calamus rhizomes (Calami rhizomata) – 100 mg.

Main Physical and Chemical Properties
A mixture of heterogeneous fragments in dark green, gray-brown, and dark brown colors with orange and yellowish-white inclusions.
Indications for Use
Gastrointestinal spasms, chronic gastritis and cholecystitis, biliary dyskinesia, constipation – as part of complex therapy.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the biologically active substances of the preparation. Bronchial asthma, neurogenic and endocrine-related constipation, spastic constipation, "acute abdomen" syndrome, appendicitis, acute gastroenterocolitis, other inflammatory processes of the abdominal cavity, stomach, intestines; increased gastric juice acidity, intestinal obstruction; ulcerative colitis, gastrointestinal and uterine bleeding (not related to the menstrual cycle), acute febrile conditions, depression, and other diseases accompanied by suppression of central nervous system activity.
Side Effects
Possible allergic reactions (including urticaria, rash and skin swelling, itching, hyperemia, contact dermatitis). Possible colicky abdominal pain, bowel dysfunction, heartburn, nausea, bradycardia, arrhythmia, suppression of emotional reactions, mental depression, headache, and anxiety. In case of hypersensitivity to valerian rhizomes with roots, sleep disturbances and the opposite stimulating effect may occur. If side effects appear, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
