Intranasal: adults - 1-3 drops of 0.1% emulsion or 0.1% solution in each nasal passage 3-4 times a day. For children - 1-2 drops of a 0.05% solution in each nasal passage up to 3 times a day with an interval of at least 4 hours. For nosebleeds, you can use cotton swabs soaked in the drug solution. Spray - 1-3 doses in each nasal passage 3-4 times a day; Immediately after inhalation, it is recommended to inhale slightly through your nose.

The course of treatment is short-term, until the symptoms of nasal congestion disappear, but not more than 1 week in adults and 3 days in children. Repeated use is possible only after a few days.

Intraconjunctivally: use only 0.05% solution, 1-2 drops in each affected eye 3-4 times a day.

Hypersensitivity, arterial hypertension, enlarged thyroid gland, tachycardia, severe atherosclerosis, glaucoma, children under 2 years of age (0.1% emulsion, 0.05 and 0.1% solution), up to 15 years (0.1% solution).
Irritation of the mucous membrane, reactive hyperemia; with long-term use - swelling of the mucous membrane; nausea, headache, increased blood pressure, tachycardia (with resorptive effects).
