Rose hips fruits low vitamin 50 g

Low-vitamin rose hips contain organic acids, flavonoids, carotenoids, pectin and tannins, vitamins B, P, K, C and other biologically active substances. Low-vitamin rose hip infusion has a choleretic effect. It is used as part of complex therapy: biliary dyskinesia of the hypomotor type, chronic hepatitis, hepatocholecystitis, non-calculous cholecystitis. The infusion is taken orally warm, 1/2 cup 2-3 times a day 30 minutes before meals. The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks. An increase in the duration and repeated courses of treatment are possible on the recommendation of a doctor. It is recommended to shake the infusion before use. Whole fruits, 50 g per package. Use

Place about 10 g (1 tablespoon) of low-vitamin rose hips in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, cover and heat in a boiling water bath with occasional stirring for 15 minutes, cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, filter, squeeze out the remaining raw materials. Bring the volume of the resulting infusion to 200 ml with boiled water. Take the infusion warm, 1/2 cup 2-3 times a day 30 minutes before meals. The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks. Increasing the duration and conducting repeated courses of treatment is possible on the recommendation of a doctor. Shake the infusion before use.
