Nolpaza gastro-resistant tablets should be taken whole, without chewing or crushing, with water, 1 hour before meals.

Recommended Dosage

Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older

Reflux esophagitis:
40 mg once daily. If necessary, the dose may be increased to 80 mg daily. Usual treatment duration is 4 weeks, which may be extended to 8 weeks.

Eradication of H. pylori (in combination therapy, adults only):
40 mg twice daily in combination with appropriate antibiotics. Duration is 7 days and may be extended up to 14 days. The second dose should be taken in the evening, 1 hour before meals.

Gastric ulcer:
40 mg once daily; in resistant cases, up to 80 mg daily. Usual duration is 4–8 weeks.

Duodenal ulcer:
40 mg once daily; in resistant cases, up to 80 mg daily. Usual duration is 2–4 weeks.

Zollinger–Ellison syndrome and other hypersecretory conditions:
Initial dose is 80 mg daily. The dose may be adjusted according to gastric acid secretion. Doses above 80 mg should be divided into two doses. Duration depends on clinical need.
