Use

About 5 g (1 teaspoon) of fruits are placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, cover with a lid and insist on a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, filter, squeeze the remaining raw materials.
The volume of the resulting infusion is adjusted with boiled water to 200 ml.
The infusion is taken orally warm 3-4 times a day 30 minutes before meals: adults - 1/4 cup; children aged 14 years and older - 2-3 tablespoons; children from 6 to 14 years old - 1-2 tablespoons; children from 3 to 5 years - 1-2 teaspoons; children from 1 to 3 years old - 1 teaspoon; children under 1 year - 1/2 teaspoon.
