As an adjuvant: it is recommended to apply to the gum surface 2 times a day. The following 30 minutes after applying the product, do not rinse the mouth or eat. The duration of use is 7-10 days.

For preventive purposes: it is necessary to use a small amount of gel (the size of a pea) together with toothpaste 1-2 times a day. The duration of preventive procedures is 2-4 weeks 1-2 times a year.
