Before use, keep all components of the kit and test samples at room temperature for 30 minutes before opening. After opening the package, the test cassette/test strip should be used within 8 hours.
All reagents are ready for use
1. To collect a sample of capillary blood from your finger, you should: - wash your hands with soap and water, - massage your hand from forearm to fingertip, - thoroughly wipe the ring finger pad with an alcoholic napkin, - pierce the ring finger pad with a scarifier just away from the center of the phalanx, - wipe off the first drop of blood with a cotton swab, - gently rub your hand from hand to finger to form a drop in the puncture area - take the resulting drop of blood without touching the skin into the 2 drops disposable pipette included in the kit ( 40 μl) 2. Hold the pipette vertically and press the sample into the test cassette hole marked with the letter “S”. 3. Hold the dropper bottle vertically above the round hole of the test cassette, add 2 drops of analysis buffer (40 μl) into the test cassette hole marked with the letter “S”.
3.Start the timer. After 10 minutes, visually evaluate the result. Do not interpret the results later than 20 minutes after taking the sample. Storage conditions Freezing is not allowed! Store the kits in the manufacturer's packaging at temperatures from 2°C to 30°C. Shelf life after opening After opening the packages, unused test strips/test cassettes can be stored at a temperature of 15 to 30 °C for no more than 8 hours.
