The use and duration of support are determined by the physician based on the nature and course of the condition.

Newborns: no more than 1 sachet per day under supervision.

Children under 6 years of age: 1 sachet 1–2 times daily.

Adults and children aged 6 years and older: 1–2 sachets 1–2 times daily.

Recommended duration of support:

acute diarrhea: 3–5 days;
support of dysbiosis, chronic diarrheal syndrome, and irritable bowel syndrome: 10–14 days;
prevention and support of antibiotic-associated diarrhea and pseudomembranous colitis: take Enterol 250 in conjunction with antibiotic support, starting from the first day of antibiotic use and continuing until the end of the course;
traveler's diarrhea: start taking 1 sachet daily 5 days before arrival and continue throughout the trip; stop taking on the day of return from the trip. The product should be taken every morning on an empty stomach. The maximum duration of use is 30 days.

Hypersensitivity to any component of the product. The product is contraindicated in patients with an indwelling central or peripheral venous catheter; critically ill and immunocompromised patients due to the risk of fungemia; patients in intensive care units; and immunocompromised patients, such as those with HIV irritation, cancer, or organ transplants, as well as those receiving chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy and/or long-term high-dose corticosteroids.
