Asparkam 20 tabs

Asparkam is prescribed orally, after meals. Usually prescribed to adults 1-2 tablets 3 times a day. The course of treatment is 3-4 weeks. If necessary, the course is repeated.

Hypersensitivity to the drug, amino acid metabolism disorder, arterial hypotension (blood pressure less than 90 mm Hg). Acute and chronic renal failure, hyperkalemia, hypermagnesemia, impaired atrioventricular conduction (AV block I-III degree), shock (including cardiogenic), severe myasthenia, acute metabolic acidosis, dehydration (exicosis), hemolysis, Addison's disease, oliguria, anuria, age under 18 years (efficacy and safety have not been established), breastfeeding period.
With caution
Simultaneous use with drugs that can cause hyperkalemia (see section "Interaction with other drugs"), pregnancy (especially the first trimester of pregnancy), water-electrolyte imbalance.
Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding
Adequate and strictly controlled studies of the use of potassium asparaginate + magnesium asparaginate during pregnancy and breastfeeding have not been conducted.
The use of potassium asparaginate + magnesium asparaginate during pregnancy is possible if the potential benefit to the mother outweighs the possible risk to the fetus / child.
Potassium asparaginate + magnesium asparaginate penetrate breast milk. If it is necessary to use potassium asparaginate + magnesium asparaginate during breastfeeding, breastfeeding should be discontinued.
