Pharmacodynamics.
The biologically active substances of the fruits exert cardiotonic, antispasmodic, hypotensive, sedative, and desensitizing effects; they improve blood circulation in the coronary vessels of the heart and cerebral vessels, increase myocardial sensitivity to cardiac glycosides, enhance myocardial contraction, and reduce its excitability, have a calming effect, normalize blood pressure, and contribute to cholesterol reduction.
Indications
Functional cardiac disorders, angioneuroses, as well as (as an adjunct to basic therapy) mild forms of atrial fibrillation and paroxysmal tachycardia.
Contraindications
Severe arterial hypotension and bradycardia. Individual hypersensitivity to the components of the product.
Interactions with other medicinal products and other types of interactions
May enhance the effects of hypnotic, sedative, hypotensive, and antiarrhythmic agents, as well as cardiac glycosides.
Special precautions for use
Blood pressure monitoring is required during treatment. In case of prolonged use, a doctor's consultation is necessary.
Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding
Not recommended.
The duration of use is determined by the doctor individually, depending on the form and severity of the disease, the achieved effect, and the nature of therapy (monotherapy or combination therapy).
Children.
The product is used in children from the age of 14 as prescribed by a doctor.
Adverse reactions
