Shake before use. Adults should take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) orally 2-3 times daily, 30 minutes before or 1 hour after meals. For acute illnesses or stressful situations, the dose may be doubled. The product can be diluted with water in a 1:3 or 1:5 ratio. The duration of use and frequency of courses is determined by a physician based on the severity of the illness and the achieved effect.

Hypersensitivity to any of the components or other plants of the Lamiaceae family, as well as a known allergy to celery and birch pollen (cross-reaction is possible). Gastric and duodenal ulcers, cholestatic disorders, severe liver and kidney disease, depression, arterial hypotension, bradycardia, acute myocarditis, endocarditis, pericarditis, increased blood clotting. History of alcoholism. Concomitant use of products containing ethyl alcohol, neuroleptics, tranquilizers; consumption of alcoholic beverages.
