Late delivery

I paid for priority mail for early delivery but I got it on the same date that showed for ground advantage. They shipped it late and didn’t even care.

To clarify the shipping process: Your order was placed on April 14, 2025, at 1:13 am and was promptly shipped the same day, as confirmed by the USPS tracking details. The package was accepted at the USPS Origin Facility in Philadelphia, PA, on April 14 and processed on April 15. While you selected Priority Mail (which typically delivers within 2-3 business days), the package arrived in Justin, TX, on the morning of April 18.

From our side, we took all necessary steps to ensure your order was dispatched without delay—the shipping timeline was fully adhered to, and the delay was beyond our control. Unfortunately, external factors such as carrier logistics or unforeseen transit issues can occasionally impact delivery times. For further clarification, we recommend reaching out to USPS directly regarding their handling of the shipment.
