 Pharmacodynamics
 Asparkam serves as a source of potassium and magnesium ions and regulates metabolic processes. Its mechanism of action is presumably related to the role of potassium and magnesium aspartates as carriers of magnesium and potassium ions into the intracellular space and their involvement in metabolic processes. In this way, Asparkam corrects electrolyte imbalances, reduces myocardial excitability, and conductivity (moderate antiarrhythmic effect).
