The product is taken orally once day, without chewing, with a half-glass of water, 30 minutes before meals.

The age of the patient affects the product's usage.
Adults and children over 12 years old ; 450–600 mg (3–4 tablets).
Children aged 7-11 old - 300-450 mg (2–3 pieces).
Children from 4-6 years old - 150 mg (1 pc).

A second course should be taken two to three weeks after the first one has ended.

The product has to be taken for 1, 2, 4, 6, or 8 days to support the seasonal discomfort and other acute respiratory conditions (course of support - 20 pieces). At the earliest signs of discomfort, support should be initiated.

The condition should be supported as soon as the first discomfort appears.
