The product should be used only according to the indications, the method of administration and in the level indicated in the instructions. If there is no improvement after support or the discomfort worsens or new discomfort appears, you should consult your doctor.

Orally and sublingually, 20–30 minutes before meals, 2 times a day daily.

Children over 10 years old and adults - 1 pc, children from 3 to 10 years old - 1/2 pcs (6 mg).

If necessary, repeated courses are possible after 3–4 months.

When the product is recommended agaon, its effectiveness does not decrease.

Recommended support regimens

Sublingual

For support in adults:

- influenza and acute respiratory irritations - 1 pc 2 times a day for 7 days;

- irritation processes of the oropharynx - 1 pc 2 times a day for 10 days;

- exacerbations of chronic conditions of the upper respiratory tract, paranasal sinuses, chronic otitis media - 1 pc 2 times a day for 10 days;

- sensitivity reactions (including temperature discomfort, bronchial asthma), complicated by recurrent bacterial, fungal and viral irritations - 1 pc 2 times a day for 10 days.

For support in children from 3 to 10 years:

- influenza and acute respiratory irritations - 1/2 pcs 2 times a day for 7 days;

- irritation processes of the oropharynx - 1/2 pcs 2 times a day for 7 days;

- sensitivity reactions (including temperature discomfort, bronchial asthma), complicated by recurrent bacterial, fungal and viral irritations - 1/2 pcs 2 times a day for 7 days.

For support in children over 10 years of age:

- influenza and acute respiratory irritations - 1 pc 2 times a day for 7 days;

- irritation processes of the oropharynx - 1 pc 2 times a day for 7 days;

- exacerbations of chronic discomfort of the upper respiratory tract, paranasal sinuses, chronic otitis media - 1 pc 2 times a day for 7 days;

- sensitivity reactions (including temperature discomfort, bronchial asthma), complicated by recurrent bacterial, fungal and viral irritation - 1 pc 2 times a day for 7 days.

For avoidance in adults:

- influenza and acute respiratory irritation in the pre-epidemic period - 1 pc per day for 10 days;

- recurrent herpetic irritation of the nasal and labial area - 1 pc 2 times a day for 10 days;

- exacerbations of chronic foci of irritation of the oropharynx, paranasal sinuses, upper respiratory tract, inner and middle ear - 1 pc 1 time per day for 10 days;

- secondary immunodeficiencies arising due to aging or exposure to adverse factors - 1 pc 1 time per day for 10 days.

For the avoidance in children aged 3 to 10 years:

- influenza and acute respiratory irritation in the pre-epidemic period - 1/2 pcs per day for 7 days;

- recurrent herpetic irritation of the nasal and labial area - 1/2 pcs 2 times a day for 7 days;

- exacerbations of chronic foci of irritation of the oropharynx, paranasal sinuses, upper respiratory tract, inner and middle ear - 1/2 pcs once a day for 10 days.

For the avoidance of children over 10 years of age:

- influenza and acute respiratory irritation in the pre-epidemic period - 1 pc per day for 7 days;

- recurrent herpetic irritation of the nasal and labial area - 1 pc 2 times a day for 7 days;

- exacerbations of chronic foci of irritation of the oropharynx, paranasal sinuses, upper respiratory tract, inner and middle ear, 1 pc once a day for 10 days.

Orally

For support in adults and children over 10 years of age:

- conditions of the upper and lower respiratory tract - 1 pc 2 times 10 days.

Contraindications
increased individual sensitivity;
pregnancy;
breastfeeding period;
children under 3 years of age;
acute renal failure;
rare hereditary lactose intolerance, lactase deficiency, glucose-galactose malabsorption;
With caution: chronic renal failure (use no more than 2 times a week).

Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding
The use of the drug Polyoxidonium® is contraindicated for pregnant women and women during breastfeeding. An experimental study of Polyoxidonium® in animals did not reveal embryotoxic or teratogenic effects or effects on fetal development.

Before using Polyoxidonium®, if the patient is pregnant or planning pregnancy, you should consult your doctor.

During breastfeeding, you should consult your doctor before using Polyoxidonium®.
