Description. The iodine 5% alcohol-based external solution in pencil form is intended for use in medical institutions, emergency and trauma centers, medical points in organizations and institutions, and as part of first aid kits for individual use. The product contains elemental iodine, which has antimicrobial and locally irritating effects.
