About 5 g (1 tablespoon) of nettle leaves are placed in an enamelware container, then 100 ml (1/2 cup) of hot boiled water is poured over them.
The container is covered with a lid and heated on a boiling water bath, with occasional stirring, for 15 minutes.

After that, it is cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, strained, and the remaining raw material is pressed. The volume of the obtained infusion is adjusted to 100 ml with boiled water.
The infusion is taken orally, warm, by adults and children over 12 years old, 1 tablespoon 3-4 times a day, 30 minutes before meals. It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.

Increased sensitivity to the medication, pregnancy, pediatric age below 12 years old.
