About 10 g (2 tablespoons) of senna leaves are placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (l glass) of hot boiled water, cover with a lid and heat in a boiling water bath for 30 minutes, then continue to infuse at room temperature until completely cooled, filter , the remaining raw materials are squeezed out. The volume of the resulting decoction is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
Take 1/2 cup orally in the evening after meals. The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks. It is recommended to shake the decoction before use.
