For oral conditions – for rinsing: dissolve 2 teaspoons (10 ml) of the preparation in a glass (200 ml) of water. For periodontal condition, soak cotton swabs in this solution and insert them into the gum pockets for 10-15 minutes daily for 3-7 days.

For upper respiratory tract condition – for daily inhalation, use a solution: dissolve 2 teaspoons (10 ml) of the preparation in a glass (200 ml) of water and use for 10 days.

For conditions of the stomach and duodenum (chronic gastritis, colitis, enterocolitis, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer), take the extract orally as a solution: adults: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of the preparation per ½ glass (100 ml) of warm water 20 minutes before meals 2-4 times a day.

For hemorrhoids, use as enemas and baths: 2 teaspoons (10 ml) of the preparation per glass (200 ml) of warm water 2-3 times a day.

For vaginal douches: 2-3 tablespoons (30-45 ml) of the preparation per 1 liter of warm water 2-3 times a day for 3-4 weeks.
