Take orally with water, regardless of food intake.

Adults and children over 12 years of age: for increased nervous excitability or irritability — 2–3 coated pcs, 2–3 times daily;

for insomnia — 2–3 coated pcs, 30 minutes to 1 hour before bedtime.

The maximum daily use is 12 pcs. Discontinuation does not result in withdrawal disorders. The product should not be used continuously for more than 1.5–2 months.

• Hypersensitivity to the components of the product;

• Lactase deficiency, lactose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption;

• Sucrase-isomaltase deficiency, fructose intolerance;

• Arterial hypotension;

• Cholangitis, cholelithiasis, and other biliary tract disorders;

• Pregnancy;

• Breastfeeding;

• Children under 12 years of age.
