Fitomucil Norm 5 g 10 sachets

Children from 3 to 11 years old, 1 sachet once a day in the evening, during meals;
Children from 11 to 14 years old, 1 sachet 2 times a day in the morning and evening, during meals;
Adults and children over 14 years old, 1 sachet 2-4 times a day, during meals.

Dilute the powder in a glass of water or drink (juice, kefir, drinking yogurt), wait a minute, stir and drink. Wash down with a glass of clean still water.

It is recommended to take Fitomucil in the morning half an hour before breakfast and in the evening 1 hour after dinner.

To increase the effectiveness of Fitomucil and normalize bowel function, it is recommended to drink 1.5-2 liters of liquid per day.

The duration of taking Fitomucil is selected individually. If bowel function is disrupted as a result of a change in diet and nutrition regimen,
