Coldrex Lemon is a cold and flu remedy that contains three active ingredients:
- paracetamol which relieves pain and reduces temperature when you have a fever;
- phenylephrine hydrochloride is a decongestant that unclogs the nose and sinuses and helps you breathe easier;
- vitamin C (ascorbic acid) helps replace vitamin C losses that may be lost in the early stages of colds and flu.
Coldrex Lemon is a remedy used for the short-term symptomatic relief of flu, fever, chills and common colds, including headache, sore throat, muscle discomfort and pain, nasal congestion, sinusitis as well as the pain and acute nasal catarrh associated with it.

Use

Coldrex Lemon is given as a warm drink.
Empty the contents of one sachet into a cup, add warm water and mix well.

Adults (including the elderly) and children aged 12 years and over:
The recommended dose is one sachet every 4 or 6 hours, as needed. Do not take more than 5 sachets in 24 hours.
The minimum interval between doses should be 4 hours.

Should not be used for more than 7 days without a doctor's advice.
Do not give Coldrex Lemon to children under 12 years of age.

Warnings

Do not take Coldrex Lemon if:
- you are allergic (hypersensitive) to paracetamol, phenylephrine hydrochloride, vitamin C or any of the other ingredients of Coldrex Lemon.
