Take orally during meals, without chewing or crushing (the effectiveness of the drug may be reduced by chewing, and the released pancreatic enzymes may irritate the oral mucosa), with a sufficient amount of liquid. The dosage and duration of therapy are determined individually depending on age and the degree of pancreatic insufficiency.
Unless otherwise indicated, the single dose of pancreatin for adults is 0.2-0.4 g (2-4 tablets). Dose increases should only be made under the supervision of a physician, based on symptoms (e.g., reduction in steatorrhea and abdominal pain).
For children, the product is used as prescribed by a physician in the following single doses: ages 3-7 years - g (1 tablet); 8-9 years - 0.1-0.2 g (1-2 tablets); 10-14 years - 0.2 g (2 tablets).
The daily dosage and duration of administration should also be determined by a physician.
The duration of treatment is determined by a doctor and can range from a few days (in cases of digestive problems or dietary inadequacies) to several months or even years (if ongoing replacement therapy is necessary).
If improvement does not occur after treatment, or if symptoms worsen, or if new symptoms appear, consult a doctor.

Hypersensitivity to any component of the product;
acute pancreatitis or exacerbation of chronic pancreatitis;
lactose intolerance, lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption;
children under 3 years of age (for this dosage form).

Pregnancy and Breastfeeding:
There are no clinical data on the use of pancreatic enzyme preparations in pregnant women. Animal studies have shown no absorption of porcine pancreatic enzymes and no evidence of harmful effects on reproduction or fetal development. The product should be used during pregnancy only if the expected benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus.

Based on animal data showing no systemic adverse effects, pancreatic enzymes are not expected to affect infants through breast milk. Therefore, the product may be used during breastfeeding.
