It contains the substance levomenthol solution in menthyl isovalerate, which has a sedative effect, has a moderate reflex vasodilatory effect due to irritation of sensitive nerve endings.

Validol is available in capsules. Each capsule contains 50 mg of levomenthol solution in menthyl isovalerate. It is taken sublingually to ensure a quick and effective effect. The capsule should be kept in the mouth under the tongue until completely dissolved. Take 1 capsule 2-3 times a day. Validol is safe and has minimal side effects if used according to the instructions. It is indicated for diseases such as: functional cardialgia, neuroses, and also as an antiemetic for sea and air sickness.
