Linden flowers 50 g

Place about 10 g (3 tablespoons) of flowers in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, cover and leave in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, strain, and squeeze out the remaining raw materials. Bring the volume of the resulting infusion to 200 ml with boiled water.
The infusion is taken orally hot or warm 2-3 times a day: adults and children over 16 years old - 1-2 glasses; children from 13 to 16 years old - 1 glass; children from 7 to 13 years old - 1/2 glass; children from 3 to 7 years old - 1/3 glass; children under 3 years old - 1-2 tablespoons. The course of treatment is 5-7 days.
It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.
