Children from 3 to 10 years old: 1 sachet or 2 teaspoons once a day in the evening;
• Children from 11 to 14 years old: 1 sachet or 2 teaspoons twice a day in the morning and evening;
• Adults and children over 14 years old: 1 sachet or 2 teaspoons 2-3 times a day.
How to use:
The powder should first be diluted in a glass of water or any soft drink (juice, kefir, drinking yogurt), wait 1 minute and drink. It is recommended to wash it down with a glass of clean still water. Duration of administration: 3 months.
