• One set of ImmunoChrome-5-MULTI-Express includes 1 tablet in an individual bag of laminated aluminum foil with a desiccant;
• instructions for use.

To obtain reliable results, strict adherence to the instructions for use is necessary.

SAMPLES ANALYZED:
Human urine collected in a clean, dry plastic or glass container without preservatives. Only clear specimens should be used for analysis, and urine should be filtered or centrifuged if necessary. Prior to the analysis, it is possible to store urine samples at a temperature of +2-8°C for no more than 48 hours, if necessary, longer storage (up to 2-3 months) - at a temperature of -20°C and below.

ANALYSIS:
The samples to be analyzed and the ImmunoChrom-5-MULTI Express Strip Set must be brought to room temperature (+18-25°C) for 5-10 minutes before analysis.

• Open the package, tearing it along the slot, remove the tablet and remove the protective cap;
• Immerse the tablet vertically with the end with arrows in the urine to the level of the limit line for 20-30 seconds;
• Remove the tablet, put it on a clean, dry horizontal surface;
• After 5 minutes (but no later than 10 minutes) visually assess the result of the reaction.

INTERPRETATION OF THE RESULTS:
Registration of results visual:
Negative result. The detection in the test zone of two lines of pink-violet color of any intensity (test and control) indicates a negative result of the analysis, that is, it indicates that the analyzed sample does not contain the product to be determined (or its metabolites), or its concentration is below the threshold level;
Positive result. The detection in the upper part of the test zone of only one pink-violet line (control) indicates a positive result of the analysis, that is, it indicates that the analyzed sample contains the analyte (or its metabolites) at or above the threshold concentration (for amphetamine - 1000 ng/ml, marijuana 50 ng/ml, morphine 300 ng/ml, cocaine 300 ng/ml, methamphetamine 500 ng/ml);
Wrong result. In the absence of a pink-violet control line, the analysis is invalidated. In this case, the determination must be repeated using another plate.
