Composition

Key ingredient: 1 tablet contains Mukaltin 50 mg; excipients: lactose monohydrate, sodium croscarmellose, magnesium carbonate, aspartame, talc, calcium stearate.

Main properties: pieces grayish-brown with specks, flat-cylindrical, with a score line and bevel.

Botanical group Expectorants.

Properties Mukaltin® is an effective expectorant, whose action is due to secretolytic and broncholytic properties. The product has a mild antitussive effect, reducing the number and intensity of throat irritation fits. It has softening, soothing, and coating properties. Normalizes altered bronchopulmonary secretion, improves mucus clearance: reduces its viscosity and adhesive properties, facilitates movement of mucus from lower to upper respiratory tract, and eases expectoration.

Indications: Throat irritation in acute and chronic respiratory conditions accompanied by thick and viscous bronchial secretions and/or impaired expectoration: bronchitis, pneumonia, bronchiectasis, bronchial asthma.
