Use

2 to 7 years old: one measuring spoon (5 ml) 3 times every day
7 to 14 years old: 1-2 dosage spoons (5-10 ml) 3 times every day
Adults and children over the age of 14 - 2 spoonfuls (10 ml) 3–5 times each day
