1 piece per dose, at least 15 minutes before meals (the piece should be kept in the mouth until completely dissolved).

It is advisable to start taking the product for wellness purposes when the first signs of the condition appear.

In the acute period of the condition (the first two days), the product is taken 1 piece every 30 minutes, alternating blister packs No. 1 and No. 2, excluding sleep breaks. During this period of the condition, the product can be taken without taking into account the time of meals.

In the following days (from the 3rd day of administration until complete recovery), the product is taken every 2 hours (excluding sleep breaks), alternating contour blister packs No. 1 and No. 2. As the condition improves, more rare uses are possible (2-3 times per day).

For preventive purposes, during epidemics of influenza and acute respiratory viral irritation, 1 piece is used in the morning on an empty stomach (daily alternating blister packs No. 1 and No. 2).
