Topical (rinsing, rinsing, lubrication of the tonsils); external (application of gauze pads).

For chronic tonsillitis, rinse the tonsil lacunae and supratonsillar spaces. Perform 4-5 rinses at intervals of 2-3 days. Single dose: 50 ml. Do not swallow!

For chronic purulent otitis: daily instillation of 5-8 drops of iodinol for mesotympanitis and attic irrigation for epitympanitis. The course of treatment is 2-4 weeks.
For the treatment of chronic atrophic rhinitis, after preliminary softening and removal of crusts, irrigate the nasal cavity and pharynx 2-3 times a week for 2-3 months.

For chronic periodontitis, rinse the mouth 3 times a day, 15 ml after meals.

For trophic and varicose ulcers, apply three layers of gauze pads soaked in the preparation to the ulcer surface (after washing the skin with warm water and soap, and applying zinc ointment to the surrounding area). Dressings are changed 1-2 times daily, and the gauze pads on the ulcer surface are not removed but re-soaked in the preparation. After 4-7 days, a general or local bath is prescribed, then the same treatment is resumed.

For purulent wounds and infected burns, apply a loose gauze bandage soaked in the preparation.
