Spazmalgon (SPASMALGON)

Composition of the product active substances: 1 tablet contains 500 mg of sodium metamizole, 5 mg of pitofenone hydrochloride, 0.1 mg of fenpiverinium bromide excipients: lactose, wheat starch, talc, magnesium stearate, gelatin, sodium bicarbonate.

Dosage form Tablets. Round, flat tablets with a score line on one side, color white to almost white.

Pharmacological group Antispasmodic agents in combination with analgesics. Synthetic anticholinergic agents in combination with analgesics. Spazmalgon combines analgesic, antispasmodic (papaverine-like), cholinolytic (atropine-like), and some anti-inflammatory activity.

Indications Symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain syndrome associated with smooth muscle spasms of internal organs: renal colic and inflammatory diseases of the urinary tract accompanied by pain and dysuric disorders; gastric and intestinal spasms, hepatic colic, biliary tract dyskinesia, spasmodic dysmenorrhea.

Method of administration and dosage Spazmalgon tablets are taken orally after meals with water. Recommended daily doses for adults and children over 15 years old 1-2 tablets per day, maximum daily dose — 2 tablets. Duration of use no more than 3 days.
