1. Make a foot softening soak. Submerge the foot completely including the sole, ankle joint, and 10 cm of the shin. Use baking soda at a ratio of 1 tablespoon per liter of water to soften. Soak for 25 minutes at a water temperature of 35-36 degrees Celsius. Pat dry and ensure toes are dry.

2. Cover the soft tissues around the affected nails. It's best to use porous adhesive tape on a fabric base, 2.5 cm wide. The tape's porous structure allows air and moisture through without causing skin irritation. This step is essential to protect the soft tissues from the aggressive effects of the cream that softens the nail plate!

3. Apply NOGTIVIT cream thickly on the nails affected by fungus without rubbing! Cover the nail with tape for 3-4 days. Wear socks without tight elastic bands. Every other day, carefully peel back the top layer of tape and reapply the cream.

4. After 3-4 days, gently remove the tape. Repeat the foot softening soak and use a nail file to remove all softened layers. Perform this procedure gently.

5. Repeat these steps in blocks of 3-4 days until the nail plate is smooth and thin. Typically, this takes 8-10-12 days.

The next mandatory step is using "PODNOGOTNY" cream, which accelerates nail growth and provides local disinfecting action to promote healthy nail growth.

Required amount for the course:
For 1 affected nail: 1 pack of Nogtivit + 1 pack of Podnogotny.
For 5 affected nails: 1 pack of Nogtivit + 3 packs of Podnogotny.
