Orally, on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before breakfast. The daily level of the product is established and controlled individually based on laboratory and clinical examination data.

As accumulated experience shows, with a small body weight and in the presence of a large nodular goiter, a low level is sufficient.

Unless otherwise recommended, the following use recommendations apply:

with hypothyroidism, the initial daily level for adults is 25-100 mcg, then the level is increased as recommended by a doctor every 2-4 weeks by 25-50 mcg until reaching a maintenance daily level of 125-250 mcg; for children - 12.5-50 mcg, with a long course of support, the level is determined by the child's body weight and height (based on an approximate calculation of 100 to 150 mcg of levothyroxine sodium per 1 m2 of body surface);

to prevent recurrence of goiter and diffuse goiter in adults - 75-200 mcg/day;

as part of a combination solution in the support of hyperthyroidism with antithyroid drugs - 50-100 mcg/day;

in the support of malignant tumors, the daily level is 150-300 mcg.

Increased individual sensitivity to the product;
acute myocardial infarction;
high blood pressure;
liver and kidney dysfunction;
untreated adrenal cortex insufficiency;
hyperthyroidism.
