Use regardless of meal time.
Adults, including the elderly, and adolescents over 12 years of age are recommended to take 10 mg (1 piece or 2 teaspoons (10 ml) of syrup) once a day.

Children from 2 to 12 years of age are recommended the use of the product depending on body weight: with a body weight of 30 kg or less - 5 mg (1 teaspoon (5 ml) of syrup) once a day; with a weight of more than 30 kg - 10 mg (2 teaspoons (10 ml) of syrup or 1 piece) once a day.

For adults and children with severe liver dysfunction, the initial use should be: for body weight of 30 kg or less – 5 mg (1 teaspoon (5 ml) of syrup) every other day, for body weight over 30 kg – 10 mg (2 teaspoons (10 ml) of syrup or 1 piece) every other day.

Hypersensitivity to the components of the product, age up to 2 years (for syrup), up to 3 years or body weight less than 30 kg (for pieces); breastfeeding period; rare hereditary conditions (galactose intolerance, lactase deficiency) for pieces; glucose-galactose malabsorption; sucrase/isomaltase deficiency, fructose intolerance for syrup.

With caution: severe liver dysfunction.
