SAMPLES ANALYZED:
Human urine collected in a clean, dry plastic or glass container without preservatives. Only clear specimens should be used for analysis, and urine should be filtered or centrifuged if necessary. Prior to the analysis, it is possible to store urine samples at a temperature of +2-8°С for no more than 48 hours, if longer storage is necessary (up to 2-3 months) - at a temperature of -20°С and below.

ANALYSIS:
Analyzed samples and ImmunoChrome-MARIJUANA Express strips must be brought to room temperature (+18-25°C) for 5-10 minutes before analysis.

• Open the package, tearing it along the slot, and remove the strip;
• Immerse it vertically with the end with arrows in the urine to the level of the limit line for 15-20 seconds;
• Remove the strip, put it on a clean, dry horizontal surface;
• After 5 minutes (but not later than 10 minutes) visually assess the result of the reaction.

INTERPRETATION OF THE RESULTS:
Registration of results visual:
Negative result. The detection of two lines of pink-violet color of any intensity in the test area (test and control) indicates a negative result of the analysis, i.e. indicates that the analyzed sample does not contain marijuana (or its metabolites), or its concentration is below the threshold level (50 ng / ml);
Positive result. The detection in the test area of only one line of pink-violet color (control) indicates a positive result of the analysis, i.e. indicates that the analyzed sample contains marijuana (or its metabolites) at a concentration of 50 ng/ml or higher;
Wrong result. In the absence of a pink-violet control line in the upper part of the test zone, the analysis is invalidated. In this case, the determination must be repeated using another strip.

Strip ImmunoChrome-MARIJUANA-Express should be stored at a temperature of +2 to 28°C during the entire expiration date. Freezing of the strip is not allowed. The strip removed from the package should be used within 1 hour after opening the package.
