2.5 g, or 1 teaspoon of loose powder (2.0 g) and pour it into 1 cup (200 ml) of boiling water. Let it steep for 10-15 minutes, strain, squeeze out the remaining liquid, and bring the volume of the resulting infusion to 200 ml with boiled water. The infusion should be taken by adults, 1/2 cup once a day during meals. The duration of intake is 2-3 weeks.
