About 5 g (1 tablespoon) of the collection is placed in an enamel bowl, poured into 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, covered with a lid and infused in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, filtered, the remaining raw material is squeezed out.

The volume of the resulting infusion is adjusted with boiled water to 200 ml. The infusion is taken orally in a warm form, 1/2 - 1/3 cup 3-4 times a day after meals for 2-3 weeks. It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.
