Hypersensitivity to ibuprofen or any of the components that make up the drug.
Complete or incomplete combination of bronchial asthma, recurrent polyposis of the nose and paranasal sinuses, and intolerance to acetylsalicylic acid or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (including history).
Erosive and ulcerative diseases of the gastrointestinal tract (including peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis) or ulcer bleeding in the active phase or in history (two or more confirmed episodes of peptic ulcer or ulcer bleeding).
Bleeding or perforation of an ulcer of the gastrointestinal tract in history, provoked by the use of NSAIDs.
Severe heart failure (class IV according to NYHA - classification of the New York Heart Association).
Severe liver failure or active liver disease.
Severe renal failure (creatinine clearance < 30 ml/min), confirmed hyperkalemia.
Decompensated heart failure; period after coronary artery bypass grafting.
Cerebrovascular or other bleeding.
Hemophilia and other blood clotting disorders (including hypocoagulation), hemorrhagic diathesis.
Fructose intolerance.
Pregnancy over 20 weeks.
Children's age up to 12 years.
Discuss the use of this medication with your doctor or pharmacist.
Never use the medication for longer than recommended.
Patients with hypersensitivity to the components should NOT use the product.
